Repairs

Our estimates are prepared using the latest advanced systems. This includes video imaging, which enables us to transmit images of damage, down a telephone line direct to insurance company engineers.

Our range of courtesy cars, all less than one year old, make sure that we keep you mobile whilst we are repairing your vehicle. Our fleet comprises of 50 vehicles including automatics and vans. We also offer a collection and delivery service.

Full body jigs allow our panel repair technicians to repair the vehicle with great accuracy. We align the vehicle to manufacturers specifications together with full wheel alignment.

Having been repaired, the car is sent to the paint shop, where we have three low bake spray booths. These spray booths are controlled areas insuring that no harmful emissions are released into the atmosphere. The Company also uses environmental compliant materials and recycles all its solvent.

When the vehicle is reassembled, it is subject to a full interior and exterior valet. It is here where a full quality repair check is undertaken. Customer satisfaction is the most important element of our business and consequently, all body repairs are carefully monitored for feedback.
