From January 2007, automotive bodyshops will be able to carry the Thatcham BSI Kitemark® for vehicle body repair. The Thatcham BSI Kitemark® is based on a technical specification (PAS 125) dealing with processes and procedures directly related to the repair of accident damaged vehicles.
Gaining the Kitemark® is not easy! Service providers need to have in place a quality plan or quality management system (eg. ISO9001) and be evaluated against specific service criteria as set down in the standard.
Barnes Coachworks are proud to announce that they have gained the right to use the Kitemark® in conjunction with its service. To maintain this right, BSI carries out regular inspections against the standard.
